ECO.CAL BO 94 it is a multifunctional water treatment For boilers, combining deoxygenating properties with a powerful anti-scaling system. Contains a mixture of catalyzed sulfite and non-volatile organic deoxygenator that effectively combats oxygen corrosion in feed zones and inside the boiler.
Its formula incorporates dispersing and passivating polymers for iron and copperThese components prevent the build-up of hardness, iron, and silica, allowing them to be removed by purging. All ingredients are food-grade or included in FDA-approved lists, ensuring safety in applications involving steam generation for indirect food contact.
The product is applied diluted with condensed, descaled, or demineralized water, preferably in the feed tank or degasser reservoir. It is completely soluble, has a pH between 5.5 and 6.5, and appears as a slightly pink liquid with a specific gravity between 1.25 and 1.31 g/cm³. It requires storage between 0°C and 35°C, protected from light.
